Before applying, we advise you to look closely at the eligibility terms. To hold a Qantas American Express card, you must be over 18 years old and be an Australian citizen, or a permanent resident. You should also have no history of bad debt or payment default.

Qantas American Express Ultimate

The Ultimate card comes with a welcome offer of 55,000 Qantas Points. Additionally, at each 1$ spent you earn 1.25 Qantas Points, except with Australian government bodies, where you will earn 0.5 Qantas Points.

Among the benefits for Ultimate users, you get travel insurance and $450 Qantas travel credit. As well as refund, purchase and fraud protection. You also get two Qantas Club Lounge invitations per year and a Qantas Wine Premium membership.

The annual fee for this card is $450 with an interest rate of 20.74%. Besides the other eligibility criteria, this card requires a gross annual income of at least $65,000.

Qantas American Express Premium

The Premium card is another great choice. It comes with a welcome offer of 30,000 Qantas Points and a rate of 1 Point per 1$ spent on purchases. It includes two invitations to the Qantas Club Lounge per year and a Qantas Wine Premium membership.

Travel insurance and refund, purchase, and fraud protection are also included. The annual fee for this card is $249 with an interest rate of 20.74%. Besides the other eligibility criteria, this credit card requires a gross annual income of at least $40,000.

QAE Discovery

The Discovery card also participates in the Qantas reward program. For this credit card, you earn 0.75 Qantas Points for each 1$ spent. You can also get up to 4 additional cards to increase your points.

Refund, purchase, and fraud protection are included, and there is no annual fee for the Qantas American Express Discovery. The interest rate for purchases is 20.74% and the Discovery card requires a gross annual income of at least $35,000.
